Alien: Isolation erscheint am 7. Oktober 2014, dies hat Entwickler Creative Assembly angekündigt. Das Datum wurde im Rahmen einer Diskussionsrunde der EGX Rezzed 2014, einem Gaming-Event in Großbritannien, enthüllt.

Creative Lead at Creative Assembly Alistair Hope sagte in einem Statement: “We couldn’t be happier to finally announce a date for Alien: Isolation. The reaction we have seen so far has been simply incredible, from the screams and shrieks to the cold sweats and racing hearts. It’s the Alien game that we’ve always wanted to play and we can’t wait to let everyone get their hands on it this fall.”

Sega dient als Publisher des Survival Horror Sci-Fi Games und man spielt Ellen Ripley’s Tochter Amanda. Sie arbeitet für Weyland-Yutani und kommt an dem Außenposten Sevastopol an, um den Flugschreiber der Nostromo zu bergen. Auf dem Schiff befindet sich aber auch ein Alien.

Alien: Isolation erscheint für Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 und PC.
