PopCap Games CEO David Roberts scheidet nach neun Jahren von der Firma aus. Seinen Posten übernimmt der Mitbegründer John Vechey. Laut einem Bericht von Venturebeat wird der Wechsel am 8. Januar statt finden.
Vechey sagte gegenüber Venturebeat: “PopCap’s mission right now is to create the greatest mobile game studio in the world, and we’re going to do that by only making games that are beloved by players. We’re focusing on our foundation in 2014 – talent, process, and most importantly, great products, around that mission.”
Roberts wird sich vorerst von der Gaming-Industrie verabschieden, er hat noch keine Pläne für seine weitere Zukunft verraten.
